From March 21 to 23, 2025, theSingapore National University-Wuhan University Economics Symposiumwas successfully held at the School of Economics and Management. The event brought together leading scholars from:

Participants engaged in in-depth discussions onmicroeconomics, macroeconomics, and applied economics, showcasing cutting-edge research and fostering academic collaboration.

The symposium featured four thought-provoking keynote presentations by distinguished scholars:

• Examined decision-making dynamics under constraints using refined economic modeling

2. Prof. Jie Zhang(Chongqing University)

3. Prof. Yeneng Sun(National University of Singapore)

• Introduced advanced game-theoretic concepts for equilibrium analysis

4. Prof. Chew Soo Hong(Southwestern University of Finance and Economics)

• Bridged neuroeconomics with behavioral decision theory

The symposium featuredfour parallel sessionswith a total of15 specialized presentations, where leading international scholars engaged in in-depth discussions on cutting-edge issues in economics.

The successful hosting of this event has significantly enhancedWuhan University's academic influencein the field while opening new opportunities for interdisciplinary research and collaboration at our school.
