On November 2, 2012, the presenting ceremony of second Tan Chongtai Development Economics Scholarship was held in Nanjing University. Zhang Lingkan, undergraduate student of year 2010, and Li Kai, Ph.D. student of year 2009 of our school won undergraduate student scholarship and graduate student scholarship respectively.
Tan Chongtai Development Economics Scholarship was founded in November 2008. It is intended to encourage researches of development economics and researches of China’s economic development problems, and to support the students with innovation spirit and excellent research potential. This scholarship was commenced in March 2012. After personal application, tutor recommendation, and school authentication, 6 students of Nanjing University, Fudan University and other universities won the prize.
